INCREASE PC BROWSING SPEED

click on start button and press run
type gpedit.msc and enter
this will open the system admin template on your left, click the first admin tree to open...sub menus... network....QOS scheduler.
double click "limit reservable packed"
click the enabled ratio button, it was set to 20%. now clean the 20 and type in 0.
click ok and restart the pc

NOTE: This works well on windows XP and Vista models...
