TO CALCULATE THE *FERTILE WINDOW*

Let's start from the 1st day a woman sees her menstruation,let's call it day 1.
DAY1: Menstruation begins (this last for 3-5 days).Then let jump to 7th day.
DAY7: Ripening of ovaries(egg) begins.
DAY7-DAY11: The uterus(womb) begins to thicken.
DAY 14 : OVULATION DAY-normally,ovulation occurs every 14-15th day of each menstrual cycle(not month oh) i.e 14-15th day after the last menstruation

**POST OVULATION**
The life span of this egg is about 24hrs. That is the reason why the ''Fertile window'' of female is 5 days prior to the ovulation,the day of ovulation and the day after.
E.G - If a woman of a normal 28 days menstrual cycle begins menstruation on11th June,that means her ovulation day will be between 23 - 25 of June,so if she doesn't have unprotected sex between 20 -26th or 27th of June,then she's not supposed to be pregnant.
