0. Download From http://www.web-tunnel.com/download.php

1. Install JAVA 1.5 only. Not support other java version. Make sure you are using Java 5 only.
( It is also available here : http://web-tunnel.com/java/jre-1_5_0_22-windows-i586-p.exe )

2. Install Certificate "ca_web-tunnel.cer" Visit : http://web-tunnel.com/settings.php to get details.
3. Clear browser cache.
4. Point your browser 127.0.0.1 : 6051
5. Visit : http://web-tunnel.com/index.php
to register.
6. Upon registration you will get : Proxy URL : Host : Port and userId / Password.
7. Enter this informations.
8. Run the jar file & Click start. ( Visit : http://web-tunnel.com/settings.php)
9. Happy browsing.
